Group Fitness & Schedule

Group fitness is motivating. The social environment, high-energy peppy music and brain teasing choreography encourage members to stay motivated & keep exercising .

Programs involve Fat burning Cardio workout, resistance training, stretching and balancing. A muscular endurance class involves total body conditioning that emphasizes a lean and toned body.
